If the product requires IE then it’s probably their installer failing. Nothing you can do about it, they have pre-req which doesn’t exist on 10. E-mail the company that makes it, point out that 10 is rapidly approaching 10% of the market share and it’s past time for them to figure out how to work without IE.
At one time, I used Xactimate on a daily basis. I would suggest using the previous version (ie before the Windows 10 version) until the most recent one has been out for a year when they will have the bugs worked out.
Internet Explorer is still there in Windows 10. Open the Start menu and start typing “Internet Explorer” and it will show up.
sometimes you have to right click on the .exe and run as administrator
