cant remember where the ca was when I made the photograph but suffice it to say that it wasn’tin Washngton D.C....although ti could prove to be a real trend setter in certain circles there.
Im going through the process of rebuilding my catalog of several tens sf thousands of photos...and saw this today for the first time since I saw it in the “flesh”
