The terrorists were telling the world all we need to know about the threat we face. Unfortunately, President Obama, the Democratic presidential candidates and left wing political leaders in Europe and this country refuse to listen
Last Saturday night, 8.5 million Americans had the misfortune to watch three dangerously out of touch liberals debate the major issues of the day during the Democratic Party’s presidential debate. It was another example of how Democrats prefer the fantasy of their liberal beliefs to the true reality we are facing as a nation.
In the immediate aftermath of the Paris terrorist attacks, much of the debate focused on how to respond to the threat from ISIS. Unfortunately, the Democratic presidential candidates are captives of political correctness and refuse to label the threat accurately. They agree with President Obama that the term “radical Islam†is offensive to law abiding Muslims. They prefer the innocuous and inaccurate term “extremism†to identify the string of terrorist attacks being inflicted across the globe.
Reality doesn’t tend to work out well for them.
If liberals would limit the indulgence of their fantasies to internet porn and not interfere with the real world, those of us who live in the real would not have to deal with the outcomes.
Political correctness may yet get us all killed.
Liberal thought and politically correct thought processes cannot comprehend what we are up against.
They can’t admit this is Islamic terror, or that factions of the Islamic world, motivated by the Koran and their religion, want to destroy western civilization.
They can’t comprehend that there is evil in the world. They are so beholden to this religion of peace horse blank, that it’s beyond their comprehension that elements of Islam want us destroyed and sent back to the 7th century.
Liberals treat every attack as if it is a one off, discrete, stand alone act of violence, and that they are criminal acts, to be handled as civilian criminal justice cases, as opposed to acts of war, to be handled in the manner that wars are traditionally fought.
Based on the politically correct ideology, we may all yet get killed because of the failure to properly identify and fight against the actual enemy. Does Obama really think it helps ISIS recruiting if Republicans don’t want to accept Syrian refugees???? He really thinks ISIS give a blank about that debate, and that if only we let in Syrians, then ISIS will leave us alone????
They call evil good and good evil.
This is absolutely key to understanding liberalism. It is based on fantasy, not reality. It assumes fantasy can change reality. it cannot. The only way to change reality is to be immersed in it. A fantasist will always get slapped down by reality.
Dems lie constantly. Just heard Biden saying the majority of Syrian refugees are women and little children (Obama says 3-year-olds). Okay, post a public accounting of the breakdown by sex and age, with names and how they'll come here. Then put a hold on bringing in any men, until they can be secured in a detention camp until they can be resettled back in the Middle East. After all, if the majority are women and children, it should be easy to detain the few men among the refugees. All pictures I've seen show few kids or women among the "refugees" - mostly fit young men in their twenties.
