Kids are paying attention. (video at the link)
Your not buying just because he is not your guy. Sorry not buy this nonsensical click bait. Kids repeat what they are told to think. The notion that this is a serious commentary is absurd.
If you haven’t watched the video you should know that he’s a Ted Cruz supporter. He probably knows more about the issues than most FReepers.
I’m seeing more and more of this non conservative streak in Carson every day!
Jeez.. why does this crap keep popping up on FR? Clearly we have a contingent incapable of critical thought.
Did you watch the video?
Good for you. You go to children for your political advice. The rest of us are smart enough to know that is a very bad idea.

In case you didn’t, he’s talking about how Carson fought the Tea Party candidate to support the RINO in LA. How Carson actually worked against the will of the conservative base to kill the aspirations of the Tea Party candidate in favor of the RINO establishment candidate.
He talks about how Carson has changed key conservative positions (gun control, for one) overnight.
I'm for Cruz, but I will nevertheless not hesitate to denounce Politico and others who spin up lies about Carson.
Think about this. Carson is pro amnesty, pro guncontrol, and pro TPP. Do you agree with him on those issues?
TPP is 5500 pages of treachery. Within 24 hours of its release, Carson was on board.
Good find.
Thank you.
I heard that. I just do not trust that guy.
I did and subscribed to his channel. Bright kid, the kind we need. That remains to be determined. Sure his parents or some adult may have influence and input, but that kid speaks extemporaneously about it remembering the important information. Even when he stumbled on what he had read that day, oh yeah Yale.
Cassidy was endorsed by Tea Party Express, which is probably one of the reasons Carson endorsed him as well.
His Conservative Review score is a ‘D’ however.
They note the following:
Some of Cassidy’s earlier votes included his 2009 support for Obama’s “Cash for Clunkers” program.[1] He was also one of only 18 Republicans that year to support an expansion of the unconstitutional[2] “Hate Crimes” legislation to include sexual orientation.[3] And Although Cassidy was elected after the passage of TARP, the Wall Street bailout, he argued passionately for it while campaigning in 2008, noting that “it was necessary to save the U.S. economy.”[4]
Like many members from the Gulf Coast region, Cassidy has voted to reverse structural reforms that would bring about fiscal solvency for federally backed flood insurance.[5] On the other hand, he is a strong supporter of domestic oil drilling and exploration.[6] -

Seriously MNJohnnie, go watch the video.
This kid lays it out there. He’s not reading. He’s presenting sound opinion. It wasn’t perfect so it was genuine. What’s not to like there?
Marie, thanks for the post.
I like this. You’ve got a good young kid there presenting a valid Conservative viewpoint, and I for one am very happy to see him connected to Conservatism to that level.
Excellent.
I remember reading that Carson hired some of Newt's old advisers when he started this campaign.
I've also read that Carson's advisers may be in it just to make money off of Carson. They are raising a lot of money but spending most of it on bringing in more money.
I wonder who sold him the mail lists he uses and the software he uses to raise the money. Who is making money from all the printed mail he sends out? Who is making money from all of the Internet ad buys?
Also, in 2012 people said Newt was just running in order to sell his book because he spent a lot of his time doing book signings rather than traditional campaigning just like Carson is doing.
In 2012 I supported Newt when it was down to him, Santorum, and Mitt but in the Florida debate I remember thinking that Newt just didn't fight back the way we expected him to and his poll numbers started dropping immediately after.
Now I wonder if that just wasn't Kabuki theater and his whole purpose in running was to sell books and get Mitt the nomination.
Kind of like I suspect Carson is running to sell books and get Jeb or Rubio the nomination.
I know these are just bits and pieces of a theory and I may be way off base but the whole thing makes me wonder.
I didn’t see you were on this thread.
Please let me know what you think of my post just after yours.
You’ve posted more than enough information there to support your questions. Your observations are reasoned. I don’t see a problem with your views and questions here.
Only time will tell what Carson does with his notoriety.
It does seem quite a bit like Newt’s campaign as you describe it.
The Newt connection is interesting in light of your observations.
Nice.
