The fight is not over, and we are winning battles here and there. The problem was that more of us needed to start fighting in the first place
I am not happy about what I am seeing in Washington. Frankly, I believe everyone feels this way. Itâs about time that more people felt angry with Washington DC backroom deals, big business bailouts, and big labor cronyism.
Then again, I am not happy about being unhappy. Too many people in this country were NOT angry. They were not even paying attention to what was going on, or they turned a blind eye to the big promises and the growing debt which followed. This profligacy is wrong.
Everyone: check out the first three words of the United States Constitution: âWe the People.â
Government = 1984
I’d like to have some of what this author is smoking, his underling point is that if only we the people would show up and vote for better candidates our current problems could be corrected!
Really? Because that’s worked out so well to date?
Let’s examine the evidence. Conservative voters put in the biggest majority in the house since I believe the time before FDR and handed the gop control of the senate. And precisely what have we received in exchange?
A kick in the teeth. Failure after failure. Treachery after treachery. And now this tool for status quo wants us to continue with more of the same?
No thanks.
Through their “Dumbing Down of America” program, the DemocRATS have managed to convince the people living in this country that We the People are subjects of the government and not the other way around. The Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves.
