On March 16, 2015 I predicted that Hillary Clinton’s campaign would end in her indictment. It now appears that I was wrong. She turned out to be tougher than Barack Obama and the rest of the Democrat establishment.
They did not want her to run because they see her as damaged to the point of being unelectable. Having the FBI publicly talk about investigating her Email problems was a sign that Obama was not happy with the idea of Clinton becoming the next president.
Over the past few months Hillary and Bill Clinton have been engaged in a semi-public, plea bargaining negotiation to reduce the severity of a possible indictment of Hillary. It obviously worked and they won.
Now Joe Biden has dropped out of a race he was never in. This undoubtedly means they chased Biden and Obama’s threat of an indictment away; regardless of his dying son’s wishes. The Biden announcement also means the FBI will lose interest in Hillary’s criminal Emails.
What looked so threatening to Clinton just a week ago has now been reduced to what South Carolina’s Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy will or will not do as he conducts his hearings into the Benghazi attack and Hillary Clinton’s culpability in...

Indicted for what legal charge?
If it’s Gowdy’s decision, I would hope he would kick that Cummings into next year!!!
Perjury and obstruction of justice, for starters.
The same charges that led to her husband’s impeachment.

Allowing Chris Stevens to run his own show, under the murderous conditions Benghazi imposed, was her fault. She was never at State, as her travel miles were a ruse to separate her from doing her J O B.
She slickly employed a bubble around herselfness, delegated her J O B to her underlings and nicely separated herself from most of the untoward knowledge necessary to run a tight ship of state competently.
No risky topics for her to deal with. Her chief of staff handled that. No pesky security requests for her to repair and see adjusted. Nope, farm that out to the CIA.
The strategy for remaining in Libya? Turn that over to the DEFENSE Department.
Hillary was hermetically sealed from anything that went wrong in any and every case.
Her underlings didn’t tell her that Ambassador Stevens made requests for increased security, and she did not ask, because...... she was never there.

So, he died. On September 11th, of all days. Why did not State secure all foreign personnel inside Tripoli for that day, especially?

Hussein is negotiating with the Clintons. I expect something like keeping his Vizier Jarrett on in in her current position in the White House might be the price for not indicting Mrs. Bill.

Hussein must've been pretty sure that Petreaus, being principled and a gentleman, wouldn't use the dirt he could surely have dredged from CIA files against him. With the Clinton Crime Syndicate, absolutely NOTHING is below them, especially if Bubba or the 'Beast are threatened.

The Clintons and the Obamas have so much dirt on each other that they inevitably have to protect each other. Obama wants to play a major role in the Clinton administration, both personnel and policy. He wants to have a sign-off on future SC appointments, etc. They’ve been playing a cat-n-mouse game for months now. Each will get what they want. Obama will “call off his dogs,” and the Clintons will allow Obama to sit at the table for the next eight years.
i was just going to write the same thing- “Coach is Righ” blog uses the word indictment regarding investigative hearings. Coach is Right is dead wrong. The FBI could bring an indictment.
James Carville once said that if Hillary gave Obama two B@$$s she would still have one left. :-)
