Says he’s involved with Confederation of Clubs. Isn’t that a Bandido organization? I’m pretty sure I have read that about a thousand times on these threads.

As to the substance, if the AR got it wrong, and refuses to retract, he would be exposed to slander suits, would he not?

That’s odd. I haven’t seen an apology from the Waco Police for wrongfully arresting the guys in the first place. Have you?

The Confederation of Clubs (CoC) are organized on the state level with the dominant motor cycle club running the show. In Texas the CoC is run by the Bandidos.

Dave Deveraux, who wrote the article condemning the Aging Rebel as dishonest trash, is a spokesman for the Washington State CoC and a nationally recognized advocate for motorcycle riders rights. His integrity on this issue is unimpeachable.

What Rebel did by accusing the In Country Vets MC of being police snitches without any evidence and allowing their names and addresses appear on his blog is unforgivable, libelous and in the biker world greatly deserving of a beat-down.

Any blog-site that would libel and endanger a group of Vietnam Veterans and their families without apology doesn't deserve to have its screeds posted at FR.
