Speaking on NBCs Meet The Press on Sunday, Dr. Ben Carson was asked if a presidents religious beliefs mattered. He said they did, and, when pressed on the issue, said no Muslim should be President of the United States (insert Obama joke here) and that in fact Islam is in conflict with the U.S. Constitution:
Chuck Todd: Should a presidents faith matter? Should your faith matter to voters?
Ben Carson: Well I guess it depends on what that faith is. If it is inconsistent with the values and principles of America then of course it should matter. But, if it fits within the realm of America and consistent with the Constitution then no problem

BEN CARSON ISLAM PING
Islam is a political ideology that hides behind religion
It has it’s own constitution which is incompatible with our own .
The U.S. Constitution was designed for a Christian country and works for nothing else .
Has the country since it’s founding been entirely Christian ?
No but the over all culture of the people was Christian
Is America perfect and sinless ? No it has never been but for the most part the culture believed what was written in the bible
Now to many believe there is no difference between the bible and the koran
THEY ARE EXACT OPPOSITES OF ONE ANOTHER
and so are the dieties behind them
HOORAY Carson
Today you get invited to the white mosque.
BEN CARSON ISLAM PING
He’s back on my list for President.
Unfortunately, the same thing can be argued about most USA voters imo.
BEN CARSON ISLAM PING
Absolutely right, and I will never back down from that statement.
Where does it say that in the Constitution?
I heard a lib in the office make the unfathomable claim that conservatives suppress religious freedom by supporting anti-Sharia laws.
Incompatible with => cannot coexist with due to contradiction
Someone posted a nice graphic with the Constitutional guarantees on the left and Sharia on the right.
The incompatibility was obvious.
Sharia establishes a state religion, Islam.

It was the King of Poland, John Sobieski III, that defeated the Muslims at the Battle of Vienna in 1683.
Interesting coincidence.
If Islam is in direct conflict with the US constitution, then why do we allow ANY Muslims to become citizens?
They either are not Muslims or not Americans.
If they say they are Muslim, then they cannot swear to uphold the Constitution, hence cannot take the oath of allegiance to this country.
It’s INCOMPATIBLE with ANY CIVILIZED CULTURE!
Do you think America will wake up and smell not the coffee, but the BLOOD of our citizens should islam/shari’a take deeper root here?
DON’T COUNT ON IT!
Read below what Dayanand Saraswati, Indian sage, said in 1883.
A real eye-opener, close to Churchill’s comment on the subject. And MILES away from Carly Fiorina’s, Lindsey Graham’s, Bush’s and several others. You’d better find out how EVERY candidate stands on this one while we MAY still have time to stop them.
PS: IT AIN’T A “RELIGION”!!
Dayanand Saraswati, Indian sage, said in 1883:
“Having thus given a cursory view of the Koran, I lay it before the sensible person with the purpose that they should know what kind of a book the Koran is. I have no hesitation to say that it cannot be the work of either God or of a learned man, nor can it be a book of knowledge. Here its very vital defect has been exposed with the object that people may not waste their life falling into its imposition. The Koran is the result of ignorance, the source of animalization of human beings, a fruitful cause of destroying peace, an incentive to war, and propagator of hostility among men and a promoter of suffering in society. As to defect of repetition, the Koran is its store.”
I buy what the Indian sage said. The Koran was the spouting of a person who was not fit to be considered a Christian. Much like in today’s world where Koran adherents do not fit with Jefferson’s take on Muslim actions. Neither does the Koran and/or It’s adherents fit with what was supposed to be a democratic governance in deference to what modern day politicians espouse for political gain..
