By the way, even though there’s under 100 people on the island, none gay, they passed the gay marriage act. Western Europe’s trends are like a cancer. Unfortunately it spreads to us too.

They want money and a ‘host’ society to infest. I would be surprised if a single one wants to go there.
I also suspect that an *Egyptian* billionaire knows that.
I smell an angle here. Like maybe they wouldn’t sell him one straight up- but if it’s for some lofty purpose, it isn’t his fault that no one wants to live there. Might as well make some improvements, build a beautiful house, live there for a while then sell it off for a profit.
