Glenn Beck Is ‘Embarrassed’ that He Ever Supported ‘Clown’ Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin is a litmus test. Good people like her.

Yes indeed since those opposing Governor Palin also oppose America's Biblical values. In a similar vein, Glenn Beck is a big fan of "Reverend" Marxist Luther King, a known communist who hated Ronald Reagan. You can tell a lot about a person by who they admire...and who they don't support.

Go Sarah go! Lead the charge to crush islam!

Glen beck has lost it. Sad really. He needs help—he is flipping out. Once he was a respected leader of the right—now he’s a hollow shell of what he was.

So many things to comment on but I'll just hit three:

I saw a clip of her talking to Donald Trump. What the hell is that? I don’t even know who she is any more.

So, she has to check with you first, Glenn, before she can talk to someone with whom you obviously disagree? She needed your approval? Is this guy for real?

Beck added that he and Palin “had a falling out because she listened to people who were lying to her about me."

So, you couldn't be an adult and address her privately about this? You couldn't go to her in private and try to set the record straight about you? No, you pile on to the already dinosaur high pile that the LSM heaped onto her. What does that say about you, Mr. Beck?

“I’m telling you, dealing with Donald Trump is like dealing with a third grader. And I’m not dealing with a third grader anymore because the world is on fire,” the host said. “You want to come on the show, great. You don’t want to come on the show, great. I don’t really care… Enough of the third grade politics. Grow up, Donald Trump. Grow up.”

And this tirade sounds like it was spoken from an adult? Like it came from the lips of a sane, rational and MATURE person? Wow.

I have listened to Beck daily for five years or so. The wife and I went to DC. Singing Amazing Grace with a million Americans was one of the greatest days of my life. What Beck has done, from what he says, is pour his last success into his next idea. His recent project The Blaze I imagine is turning into A Bridge too Far. In this sense, he is really like Trump. Trump’s first run up, as I understand it from an interview I saw twenty years ago, was he leveraged everything he did against everything else. So, when the wind shifted the house of cards suffered. Hence his bankruptcies and restructuring. Apparently he has learned in the interval and through networking the relationships he made during his first run up he has a more stable foundation now.

Who knows, maybe in twenty years Beck can do what Trump has. I like the idea of The Blaze and we should have at least ONE place we can go for the truth .

Perhaps he has made the mistake of some corporations and forgotten his core mission. He was excellent at ferreting out and illuminating the stench and that was what made him. He seems to have migrated into “where we need to go next”. That didn’t really work out in the end even for Moses. It is hard, I suspect, to continue to do what you do very well for some. Perhaps some who have done very well at one thing believe they can do well at a number of things. Like Teddy said about the man in the arena. If a guy feels he has it in him he should give it a shot. If you lose everything in the venture, so what? Death comes for us all and takes everything anyway.

So yeah maybe that's it, maybe Beck has a tumor.

Once liked Beck, especially in the early years before 2008, and he did have some funny segments. I loved his “only the bees know”, “get off my phone”, “isolated incidents”, “Glenn Beck Hate Mail,” and “John Kerry’s Waffle House”.

Then it all went dark, dark, dark. What happened Glenn, did Emperor Palpatine make you a SITH LORD???? You’ve certainly gone to the dark side.

The funny stuff went away to a never-ending series of “I’m dying of this”, crying like a baby, and the world is coming to an end shtick.

Why the turn on Palin? I can only speculate. I think (much like the GOPe) Glenn realized that Palin wasn’t gonna be his bitch and I think Palin got a bad vibe on him.

Well, well, well....Glenn can’t let THAT happen...and he certainly can’t be upstaged by a little lady from Wasilla.

Glenn lost me when his show had a comedian who took cheap shots on Palin. Glenn and his henchmen just laughed it off.

Not surprised by his latest rant. He’s off my radar.

I watched Beck a few times when he was on FNC.
I stopped when I realized that he is about
as manipulative as a Southern Baptist sermon
on Mother’s Day. Cerebral he ain’t.

WRONG! In reality, it's Glenn Beck who plays the part of Larry (Lonesome) Rhodes. Like the character in Elia Kazan's film, he's a phony.

As for Governor Sarah Palin, your words would have led (and still should lead) to an instant ZOT at one time here on Free Republic (unabashedly proclaimed as "Palin Country"). As far as I can tell, the owner of this site has never retracted his statement Sarah Palin IS this Tea Partier's cup of Tea!! And if for no other reason than she's responsible for the rise of Ted Cruz, Governor Palin's accomplishments as a true Patriot are unquestionable.

His recent project The Blaze I imagine is turning into A Bridge too Far.

His entire enterprise is failing fast as evidenced by the massive cutbacks and staff layoffs. Even the radio station that carries his program in the Dallas area is barely heard beyond the parking of The Blaze's facility in Irving. As I understand it, Beck is a big fan of Orson Welles. What's happening over at The Blaze is following the storyline of Charles Foster Kane's once impressive media empire.
