Claiming to be sorry, Hillary lies again about e-mails being ‘allowed’, about top secret info

And cries about her mother

I guess the focus groups said it was time to pivot to conditional remorse or something. In an interview with ABC’s David Muir, who asked a few tough questions but let her off the hook on the biggest one of all, Hillary decides it’s time to go ahead and let the word “sorry” pass through her lips - knowing full well that will be the headline. But what does a word from Hillary mean? Nothing at all, especially when she follows it up with the exact same phony claims she’s been using all along to justify what she did:

In exactly what sense was the exclusive use of a private server for all work-related e-mails “allowed”? If Hillary has repeated this claim once she’s repeated it a thousand times, but we already know official State Department policy called for everyone to operate using the federal government’s server. One thing lying Clintons do when it’s very important to get away with the lie (at least legally) is to use a very carefully chosen word over and over again, no matter how patently absurd it seems. The word “allowed” is not very precise in a legal or procedural sense. Since it was contrary to policy, how can it be said to have been “allowed”? Who allowed it? Her? Since as Secretary of State she could do whatever she wanted? No one in particular, since no one specifically came to her and forbid it? Obama, since he presumably knew about it and didn’t tell her to stop doing it?

Hillary just cannot stop lying. It’s like an obsession. She lies and lies even when she doesn’t need to lie. She tells lies that are readily exposed. She tells ridiculous and obvious lies.

Her only hope is to drag this out long enough for her to get elected. Then she will spend the majority of her time punishing those who made her squirm.

It’s a constant struggle to listen to Hillary lie with her carefully chosen words.

Of course she intended to violate the law!

Those people didn’t go to all of the trouble to move Top Secret data to her personal e-mail, without direct orders from Hillary.

Taking Kerry's work on Iran deal that she started the negotiations with Iran

What is she thinking?

I think the latest Pew Polls have 20% approve of the deal.

True apologies have somewhere in them an admission of guilt, by stating what was done that was wrong, and maybe how to make restitution.

Only the totally stupid (which includes die hard dems) would buy her apology.

Yes, the selection of the word “allowed” was carefully thought through, and chosen for its lack of legal definition.

I noted the word “allowed” immediately for its lack of specificity. And...so Clintonian, this...one definition of “allowed” carries the nuance of something that occurs because of neglect or failure to act or follow normal procedures. It is a passive construct, as opposed to the word “permit”, which implies active, affirmative assent.

So, by that definition, yes, the private servers were “allowed.”

Book her, Dano.
