Enough are charged that SOMEONE should demand their Constitutional right to a speedy trial. Heading toward half a year with vague charges and no evidence indicates they’re trying to concoct an elaborate justification for the incident. Should someone demand “charge me for real, evidence included, or let me go” they may avoid the unlimited-budget convict-at-all-costs attack being prepared, and help show others the way out too.

I also think there were Undercover heavily involved in this, which may be what started the whole thing.

Oh the hyperbole....really???? This was neither a massacre nor really of any concern to most folks.

Nasty MC members got caught up in the nonsense that 1% always get caught up in. Guess what? I am about as sympathetic as if you told me that the Mafia got shot up

I don’t pretend to know what did or did not happen and agree that there are some concerns about what occurred afterwards.

With that said - I would ask you to agree that even attending such an event hosted by a group like that is a defacto sign of support for a criminal organization. You can’t have it both ways.

I would not go to a Crips or Bloods BBQ or get-together - would you? If I did, would FReepers advocating the side of the bikers be sympathetic if I was accidently shot or laugh and say I got what I deserved? Honest question that deserves and honest answer.

While I share the constitutional due process concerns of many who have posted about this here on FR, I do not share their apparent opinion that everyone is completely innocent. The “hosts” and the other gang that showed up are purely criminal organizations. I would not belong to any “club” that associated with such an organization (in any way) because at some point my participation becomes consent or support.

To its inerasable shame, the Waco Tribune-Herald has not noticed the coverup.

One of the tv news stations had a pledge of sorts on it's FB page that they were totally in support of the LEOs and asking for people to pledge/like them. Talk about unfair and unbalanced.

Wonderful. ( ? )

It takes 13 paragraphs to report a totally unsubstantiated rumor?

This is typical anti-government BS.

The legal issues here have been long settled. Please reread earlier posts regarding those legal issues and Texas law regarding people acting in consort to achieve a criminal end.

Give it time, Son. Give it time.

The second reason to note the ongoing coverup is the apparent disappearance of what just a few years ago was being called “the investigative impulse” in American journalism.

It died in the Clinton Administration and the grave was covered in salt and lit on fire during the Obama Administration.

The Aging Rebel stands by its coverage of the Waco Twin Peaks Massacre and will continue to pursue the story.

The Aging Rebel stands by its coverage of ongoing rumormongering regarding the Waco Twin Peaks Massacre shooting by a bunch of druggie bikers and will continue to pursue the story demonstrate his lack of knowledge of the facts and Texas law, and will also continue to use his rumormongering to solicit donation for his nutzo site.

And finally, this page believes the Massacre was captured in its entirety by at least 44 video cameras.

That's a lot of cameras. Not mentioned are the cell phones returned with all the data scrubbed.

100+ days and they still don’t have ballistics and forensic reports to identify whether or not any of those shot were hit by firearms from the law enforcement agencies?

It’s going to be so hilarious when the trials happen and “Aging Rebel” is revealed as a criminal biker gang apologist, and the people who fell for his blog crap are going to look like dupes.
