Hillary: Paying State Department employee, who’s now taking the Fifth, separately to run her server
Canada Free Press ^ | 09/07/15 | Dan Calabrese

Oh, and she wasn't really thinking much about it

This just keeps getting better all the time. First Hillary tells Andrea Mitchell that, hey, you know, she didn’t really think that much about her e-mail setup. There were too many things to do around the world. Now think about that one: If you’re not really giving it much thought, then when do you do when they tell you, oh, hey, here’s your state.gov e-mail address?¬†You say, OK, thanks for the e-mail address. What you absolutely do not do if you’re not thinking much about it is pay $5,000 of your own money to have your own separate setup, even though it means you’re shelling out for a guy who’s doing it anyway at taxpayer expense and would have been handling yours if only you’d used the government account you were supposed to use.

And that’s exactly what Hillary did, in an arrangement whose legality is so questionable that the IT guy she was sharing with the State Department (unbeknownst to the State Department, mind you) is now taking the Fifth rather than answer questions about it:

the IT guy she was sharing with the State Department .......................................... Hmmmmmm? How much does he charge for secret information that is not marked secret? No security clearance with access to that info. Makes you wonder what kind of a leader they are trying to pass off on us. ??? The Dem voters wouldn’t understand the situation anyway. Its not a feel good issue.

Never. Elites will ALWAYS cover each others backs. It's what they do.

I’ve been thinking about this whole thing involving Hillary and her email server as I’ve watched parts of the CNN documentary on the 1970s that feature Nixon and Watergate. The way writers and other people connected to the story sanctimoniously speak of what took place in that instance, I bet they have hardly a thing to talk about concerning this current issue.

Hillary's argument is absurd in the extreme. Nobody's gonna buy it in this Computer Age. 10 year olds are computer-savvy....know more about computers than Hillary could imagine.

“LAPDOG LANNY” WONT BELIEVE IT— BUT THIS HAS CRIMINAL IMPLICATIONS

A cabinet-level government employee using their own server and personal e-mail exclusively is unheard of.

<><> the US govt tech system is really fussy——particularly about emails from the US State Dept.

<><> a govt official (particularly the Secy of State) cannot simply buy a brand new computer with licenses and programs and expect to have it certified.

<><> US govt officials are required to have a government-purchased computer, set up by the govt, utilizing a CACC card cleared technician.

<><> a high government official (particularly the Secy of State) to utilize day to day a non-government computer for communications in the performance of their job is in violation of security laws in dozens of ways.

<><> whether marked as such, all emails emanating from Hillary’s private server are classified ntl security data.

It is considered a crime for ex-govt employees to possess ntl security emails. All ntl security material belongs to the American people and is to be turned over upon termination of employment.

Ntl security info transferred from the State Dept and stored in The Clinton Foundation server is an atrocity.

If this was a Republican, the IT guy would already be in prison.

I understand that after setting up the server, he was then paid to maintain it to 2013.

Why did HRC need this fellow AND the firm out of Colorado?

"There were too many things to do around the world."

Now if Andrea Mitchell was not such a worthless reporter and not in the bag for Hillary she would have said stop right there... what have you done around the world that has not strengthened the hand of America's enemies, and weaken every single one of America's Allies.

They just let her answer, no followups on the content of the answer, she is after all for the MSM, Her Majesty The Queen.

” pay $5,000 of your own money “

The part I do not believe. There is a reason Hillary is insisting she paid for it herself (some legal loophole) but I don’t believe her. She might have paid for it with OUR money, but not hers.

Republicans could, but won’t press the issue. They are all afraid of what the Clintons might have on them.

With the $300m per year the Clinton Global Initiative sucks in, five grand is not even pocket change or a rounding error.
