Kerry: Iran Can Violate Parts of the Nuclear Deal Without Really Violating the Nuclear Deal
Coach is Right ^ | 8/18/15 | John C. Velisek USN (Ret.)

Posted on 08/18/2015 10:05:52 AM PDT by Oldpuppymax

“Secretary of State John Kerry would like to assure Iran that even if it violates the terms of the gratuitous concessions ‘thrown in as add-ons’ to the nuclear deal, the regime won’t be in violation of the deal as a whole.

Specifically, the arms embargo is not tied to the snapback; it is tied to a separate set of obligations. So they are not in material breach of the nuclear agreement for violating the arms piece of it.

Not to worry, Kerry explains, because there are ‘other sanctions’ the US could impose — plus, we mustn’t forget about the ‘specific UN resolutions outside of this agreement’ that prohibit the Iranians from arming groups like Hezbollah and Shiite militias operating in Iraq. Except Tehran has sent weapons to those proxies, repeatedly. Iranian explosives killed an estimated 500 American soldiers in Iraq.

The regime has habitually ignored those international rules and obligations, with lethal consequences; they’ve been rewarded with a lopsided international deal that legitimizes their nuclear program and guarantees hundreds of billions of dollars in sanctions relief.

Why on earth would they ever abide by a UN resolution again?”

My Opinion: So wait, let me make sure I understand this. An agreement isn’t broken unless all of it is broken? There are parts of the agreement we don’t really mean and it is OK if Iran wants to ignore them? If that is the case...

John Kerry obviously learned how to negotiate from watching Al Bundy buy a car.

Not if Trump is policing the contract. He will easily force them into non compliance and void the whole thing. Then he will be free to close the banking window and freeze funds again and triple up on the sanctions. Trump is Iran’s worst nightmare since Ronnie. :-)

If they could look at what we are looking at everyday, they would dig a hole and crawl in it....

So we are going to adopt a treat that we know ahead of time that the other party is going to violate!

And to think Biden called Kerry, the greatest Secretary of State in the history of the United States of America.

John Hanoi Kerry was once quoted of being for a bill before he was against it. Now he says Iran was for the agreement before they were against it?

"Not if Trump is policing the contract. He will easily force them into non compliance and void the whole thing."

I do believe he would try, but Iran will already have deposited their frozen funds and Europe, Russia, and China will be making so money selling tools of the trade to the Mullah's that sanctions will never be effective again. The deal has to die now or never.

So basically they can continue doing whatever they want...
continue to build nuclear weapons...
while declaring ‘death to America’ and Israel...
while accepting billions in US taxpayer money (most of which Obama supporters never contributed a dime anyway)...
knowing that Obama is their ally and has more loyalty to Allah than the American people...
and knowing that Obama wouldn’t do anything even if he wasn’t their ally.

OK.. I got it... I’m clear now.

Good idea for a comedy show.

Bad idea for the USA.

The deal sadly is going to go through. But there are many ways to skin a cat and many ways to scuttle the deal.

I don’t care if it is Trump or Cruz or Jindal as long as whoever it is finally puts the wellbeing of the American people over Allah and everyone else’s feeeeelings.

As long as we have a patriotic American president that can tell these people to shove Allah up their backside and if they even think about developing a nuclear weapon, we will blow their entire country to mecca.

A president that resembles a man, has some balls, and can attempt to undo the mess that this affirmative action social experiment has caused.
