There’s an overcrowding problem with both. This is by no means unsolvable. The amount of money in California that gets wasted and squandered on meaningless garbage is astonishing.

This is the kind of crap that goes on in states totally owned by Democrats.

Oh yeah...psst, there are only 21 jumpsuits...

Maybe prisoner number 22 in a metaphorical sense is the viewer, for still living golden moldin' state.

Not surprising that all they do in California is build more and more prisons while at the same time they're letting prisoners leave custody on 'early release' because the state can't afford it.

All that the Sacramento state house knows how to do is create stacks of new criminal justice law for which to put offenders in prison. Feed an Alka-Seltzer to a seagull, improperly recycle old motor oil, have a smart look on your face when the Gay Pride flag passes by on parade, etc. etc. etc.

They just cannot understand the cause/effect of all of their woes in California are completely of their own making.

Drought? Drought! It's a drought! We must start drinking our own urine! Hey, wait a minute: California's just as droughty as it was back in 1975 when it had half the population it does today... and those folks that doubled the population in two generations were back home in their native Mexico.... Er, never mind that! Drought! Drink your own poop! Tax up $78 billion for the magic high-speed train nobody needs! Release the violent illegal aliens! No! Build more prisons!

I sit over here in Nevada and just shake my head towards the California state line that's twelve miles away. Horrifying dumbasses.

Craziest of them all are the Californians who agree with me and commit to staying there anyway.
