Schizophrenic states like Oregon must desist from passing laws and ordinances that counter their own Constitution, nullifying it and instituting anarchy in its place. SCOTUS should also get this message
Its no surprise that a lowly state bureaucrat believes he can wield more power than the Oregon and United States Constitutions combined. Given the recent Supreme Court opinions that illegally upheld anti-(not just un-)Constitutional actions by government, these actions of a state employee only seem natural. Administrative punishments, like those levied against Christian bakery owners in Oregon, are becoming commonplace. However, they are not acceptable.
The question becomes rhetorical as to how the people, the majority, are allowing themselves to be buffaloed by a small fraction of the population harboring a vendetta against the social norm. That a minor appointee to a regulatory board (which is defined as a few people who independently decide the implementation of law according to their biases) thinks he can ignore the state constitution, which he took an oath to uphold, is irrational.
The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industry orders against individuals the Kleins of Sweet Cakes by Melissa not only demanded that they act contrary to their religious convictions, but that they keep mum about the extortion. The administrative rulings by BOLI punishing the Kleins for not providing a service were unconstitutional according to both the First Amendment and these articles of the Oregon Constitution:

If I ordered a birthday cake in December for Jesus, and a Muslim bakery refused me, would my whole family get individual awards for damages? No.
If a black man was refused takeout service at Chinese restaurant, would his family of seven each get individual awards, even though they weren't at the restaurant when service was refused. No.
The fine are clearly political.
To my knowledge (and I am NOT a lawyer) the only way to LEGALLY override an Amendment is with another Amendment.
And that includes SCOTUS too.
Orders from bureaucrats aren’t law.
As was stated, it was to rehabilitate the owners.
Constitutions mean nothing to leftists, because they know they can get away with violating them.
It is all about power.
The owner of the now shuttered Sweet Cakes was fined $135,000, not $135.
He was on the Glenn Beck radio show this morning, hosted by Stu and Pat. The owner of the former bakery said that he will not shut up....he won’t obey the so-called judge’s gag order.
Here’s the church...here’s the steeple...open the doors, and here’s the PEOPLE!
Stupid cow.
A real President would have dispatched US Marshals to Oregon to arrest this idiot and toss him in le hoosegow.
A real President would also publish the home address of the two pervs so that the rest of the country could share in their joy by mailing them gifts.
How to gut government bullies?
I would presume you’d gut them about the same way you gut deer.
Rehabilitate?
So if the bakery pays them they won’t be lesbians anymore?
He and his wife need to call FOX, and go on national TV, and tell that fat little Napoleon;
A) I will bake cakes for whoever I please.
B)I will not pay you a dime of your extortion money for these 2 degenerates.
C) I will not shut up about it.
D) If you attempt to enforce your restriction of my 1st Amendment rights, It will be met by exercising my 2nd Amendment Rights.
E) F.O.A.D.
