The wife and I were traveling a couple years back and had dinner at a restaurant next to a golf corse. I started thinking about turning the course into various ranges for clays, 1,000 yd Hi Power, etc. then it occurred to me. Can you imagine how different this country would be if ranges were as popular as golf courses and golf courses were as rare as ranges?

In an attempt to calm the fears of liberal hoplaphobes like Joshie I built my last AR15 with OD green furniture rather than black.

> But wait...with all the robot stuff being created it is just a matter of time...

I’m sure at some top secret facility they are working on creating a “robocop” that will kill targets they designate once they can disarm us and put biometric tracking chops in us.

The term Assault Weapon was created out of thin air.

Josh Sugarmann

"Assault weapons' menacing looks, coupled with the public's confusion over fully-automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons --anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun-- can only increase the chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons."

On NCIS Los Angeles “G” said the bad guy was shooting a semi that fired 700 rounds per minute.

The 2nd Amendment simply puts into writing what God has already given me...the right to defend myself.

“They” can repeal the 2nd Amendment, burn the Constitution, pass their own anti-defense laws, but they will never take my God-given right to defend myself.

Amen, FRiend. You have eloquently, and with brilliant brevity, put the sight right on the bulls eye of the issue.

Every human being possesses an innate right to fight back against any aggressor with the same (or better) weapons, than what that aggressor is attacking them with.

It matters not if it's stones, sticks, broad swords, or M4 carbines. By your very existence, you have the God given right to defend yourself and your loved ones with whatever tools are the state of the art for your times.

Come to Texas. It's like a whole 'nother country.
