How Much Would Your Body Cost if You Had to Buy it One Piece at a Time? (Vanity)
N/A ^ | 26 May, 2015 | N/A

I received the bill for a single porcelain crown today. It was almost $900. That got me to thinking, what would it cost if you had to pay for all of your body parts one piece at a time?

At today's prices, probably way more than a lot of us are worth. God sure was good to us. He gave most of us all the body parts we needed for free. Of course good ol' mom and dad helped!

Just something to be thankful for and a break from thinking about all the trouble in the world today.

No offense, but I would rather build Catherine Zeta Jones than you, amorphous. Again, no offense intended.

I remember back in the 70’s it was over 5 million dollars just for an eye, arm, and set of legs.

As awesome a work of art as my body is, It is beyond price. No Greek sculpture of a God can compare. No carving of Nordic heroes do it justice.

Of course my body looks like it was done by Picasso on an opium binge and not Michelangelo BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT...

Some got big parts, some got little parts. Me, I’m just glad I got all my parts and they still work!

What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how
infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and
admirable, in action how like an angel, in apprehension how like
a god! the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals—and yet,
to me, what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me—
nor woman neither, though by your smiling you seem to say so.

“What a piece of work is a man”

I get that a lot. Well something like that anyway.

“What a freakin’ piece of work he is”. Obviously it’s by people in awe of my splendor. Men wish they were me, women want to be with me...that sort of thing.

At least I think thats what they mean ;)
