Bigotry and anti-constitutionalism on full display
Muslims just can’t control themselves. You should know that. If you run a cartoon featuring the prophet Mohammad, or organize a displeasing art exhibit, you should simply assume that an Islamist is going to get all wound up and kill you. It’s your fault. You drew and displayed some doodle that they found offensive, and now you’ve paid the price.
Appeasement is the only way forward. The rest of us should rein in our First Amendment rights to conform to the killers’ way of thinking.
That’s the argument that the left has been trying to make for the last few days. Ever since two terrorists attempted to murder the attendees of a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland Texas, we’ve been told that our free speech is the problem.

I disagree. If someone makes an offensive depiction of something or someone that people hold sacred, the fact that some of the offended people react violently doesn’t make the depiction right or good.
For example, there was a play in New York with a Jesus character which I won’t describe but it was deeply offensive. The Catholic Defense League, which is a peaceful organization, peacefully protested it.
If the Catholic Defense League were instead a violent organization and they launched an attack on the theater, that would not have somehow transformed a sacreligious play into something worthy of praise.
It's very infuriating to read words of submission to violent Islam by leftists who hate all religions and want to see all religions destroyed but who want to give Islam a pass. Sometimes something is just a violent cult and has no place in civilized society. Surely, all American imams advocating violence should be jailed or deported, and all Muslims with violent histories not allowed in the country.

Cowards all... many media people (Liberals) see Islamists as not human but as animal predators... (yea they may have a point). Their attitude is similar to blaming a shark or alligator attack victim because they went swimming in the ocean or lake where such critters reside. So if you want to swim or use your free speech, you take your chances with the predators who may inhabit the area... and it’s YOUR fault if attacked! Liberal (anti-?)logic always sides with the predator, be it animal or human.
That is beside the point. Unless the speaker or writer is advocating violence against a certain group, the rightness or wrongness of what they say or do is irrelevant.
I'd be just as quick to condemn any Christians who violently attack anti-religious people like Bill Maher who frequently ridicules religion. He has that right no matter what a creep he is.
