Hillary Clinton may be reticent to speak on the subject of foreign policy just yet - she's peppered her rare interactions with actual media with bland policy positions mostly having to do with middle class Americans and favorite burrito proteins - but that might be because the Clinton Foundation is still trying to work out how they're going to accept all that foreign cash while one of their founders is campaigning to be leader of the free world.
Turns out, they're still going to accept the foreign cash, at least as far as six key countries, with whom the US already has relationships, are concerned. Any other foreign national or government looking to have a direct impact on a major Presidential contender's foreign policy should instead donate to the Clinton Global Initiative, which is not directly affiliated with the Clinton Foundation in any way other than being directly affiliated with the Clinton foundation.
No, seriously.
The only thing this "change" means is that Hillary Clinton will stop taking donations from ten other countries who have previously donated to the Clinton Foundation, allowing it to pursue it's stated goals of global humanitarian aid, while also reaping the benefits of cuddly relationships with tinpot dictators and serial human rights abusers. No longer will the Clinton's be actively cashing checks from the likes of Saudi Arabia and Algeria (which Hillary failed to note to the State Department that one time), if only to avoid the terrible optics associated with having a female candidate campaigning on womens rights, only to be funded almost directly by people who still stone women to death for driving cars.

Who has authority to look into this situation? Not that anyone will do anything but is it the AG, FBI, IRS, Congress, NOONE!
It’s a legal IRS maneuver. But I don’t think it’s ethical for the Clintons to say the foundation is not accepting money from those countries when they really are.
There are giant FOR SALE signs on the lawn at the Capitol and White House. The world knows it and the world chips in.
I do not and will not believe anything the Clintons say; no matter what it is.
These people are a POX upon America.

I think the issues with the Clinton foundation may yet become a much bigger scandal or problem for the Clintons than email or residue of the other Clinton scandals.
You have to ask —
1. What is the Clinton foundation?
2. What is the purpose of the Clinton foundation?
3. Who benefits from the Clinton foundation?
4. Why does anyone give money to the Clinton foundation?
5. What do donors expect in return for their donations to the Clinton foundation?
6. Are we supposed to believe that all of these donors, especially foreign donors, are only being altruistic in wanting to show their love for humanity and the charitable causes supported by the Clintons???
7. Did anyone contribute based on the idea that Hillary would become president someday?
8. Were there any quid pro quos involved in soliciting and accepting donations?
9. How is it that the Clintons have become so wealthy from running a family foundation, starting from a base of being “dead broke” in the year 2000???
10. What exactly is the charitable humanitarian work done by the Clintons??
If the media would dig into issues such as the above, I think this could severely hurt Hillary and her campaign.
I spent a few minutes researching it and found that businesses in Africa work with the Clinton initiative get gov’t contracts to build infrastructure, fight global warming, etc.
