doesn’;t have to be ‘tampered with’ it could have “Rexlax and enjoy your day” written on it and if anyone complained about exlax being ‘snuck into the cake’ you could say “It wasn’t snuck in, We advertised it as having exlax in it, we just misspelled it by accident is all”

The power of suggestion is not something you can sue over.

ExLax in your food is.

What would your ‘sworn enemy’ think, if you suddenly, gleefully, -wanted- to make his food?

Practically *begged* to be the one to feed him?

Were it me, I’d run the other way as fast as I could.

You don’t have to even do that, you could make it bakery policy to either let customers buy their own figurines separately to put on the cake, or leave them to write their own message in icing, and just let customers know that they have a cake that saved them the work, and that they can be happy about that much.
