I don't know when we started Ignoring Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution, but apparently it doesn't apply anymore either:
Section 3.
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted."

I agree but not entirely, ultimately the responsibility for all the foolish nonsense in government today falls squarely on the shoulders of we the people, we have at every turn failed to protect, defend and uphold our Constitutional Free Republic, all that has happened and will continue to happen is because we the people allow it to happen, we've been allowing for so long we are content to point the blame at a gov't we allow to run rough shod over us.
What to do about it, I don’t know; obviously words are not getting us anywhere, it seems we are content with laissez-faire! I do know there is a constitutional remedy a mandate actually which is to depose such a gov't as we have today, I do think the time for that remedy has come and gone, all that is left is the usual political solution, elect a new President who means to shake up and shake out the current communist gov't core...Cruz 2016 our last hope IMO!
What IF.. “we the people”.. have degraded morally at an astounding rate..
AND are degrading badly daily...
Joining that bunch must be an automatic loss of citizenship and deportation.
