When Comedy Central first got started in the early 90’s they used to run Clutch Cargo episodes. They even had some kind of contest for viewers to vote on who was tougher...Clutch Cargo or Race Bannon.

I don’t remember who won.

The oddball thing with Clutch Cargo was the way the cartoon face had a real human mouth composited over it when the character spoke. :’)
