Does anyone know if the low income enrollees who are subsidized 100% pay any co-pay or deductibles?
If they don’t pay deductibles, they have an awful sweet deal... totally insured. No one else, rich or not-so-rich gets that. Maybe illegal aliens do, at the emergency room.
I think that they DO pay co-pays and deductibles (or, have to pay/be liable for those charges if they see providers). The subsidies just pay the premiums, I believe.
