I think that they DO pay co-pays and deductibles (or, have to pay/be liable for those charges if they see providers). The subsidies just pay the premiums, I believe.

I've gotten on some other discussion boards and Facebook chats where people claim to have the best insurance in the world thanks to Obama; something they were never able to get before because of income and preexisting condition.

When I ask them if they make co-pay or what their deductible is, they can't (or don't want to) answer.
