So a member of the leftist media establishment lied. What else is new?

I find it interesting how the weather twonks always say that it’s “Colder than average” if it’s cold, but “hotter than normal” if it’s hot. Rubes reporting and rubes consuming it.

The History Channel had a documentary on the History Of Mankind that used Brian Williams extensively as a commentator. The last few segments were the biggest piece of PC crap I'd seen in a great while masquerading as world changing history. Brian Williams was used quite a bit. I sat through it but the nausea was excruciating.

Essentially, Angell is saying that fraud dressed up to look like science is pervasive in official medical media. So medicine and environmental science are now both fraudulent. What's next geology and tectonics?

The media’s are told through lofical fallacies. “Affirming the Antecedent, “Appeal to Authority” for example. Its all right there in U.S. Army psyops manual. Read it and you’ll understand every politician’s schtick.

Take the breaking story of NBC's Brian Williams, "the most trusted name in news." He lied about being in a helicopter taking fire in Iraq in 2003. What's the big deal? He was just following company policy.
Remember, the "mainstream" media operates on the standard of honesty that Dan Rather laid out in an interview with O'Reilly on May 15, 2001: "I think you can be an honest person and lie about any number of things. http://archive.mrc.org/projects/rather20th/welcome.asp
