Hour Three -- Now that national media has noticed the unprecedented action by the federal judge in his case alleging "fraud upon the court" by Department of Justice attorneys, Mark and I will be resuming our conversation with retired ATF Agent Jay Dobyns to assess where we -- because this affects all of us -- are now, and where we need for this to go.
