Brianna Wu, the little known Head of Development at the game development company "Giant Spacekat," has taken to twitter to express her hopes and wishes that one day women can own land and perhaps vote.
The tweet, sent out this Wednesday, was hopeful that women would eventually gain rights in the United States to the point where they could actually vote:

I would love to actually own land, but I HAVE to PAY rent every damned year in something called “property taxes” to the government ....
It would be nice if both men and women could actually OWN their OWN land and not just “rent” it from their local/state/federal “gubermints” and not have to worry about something called “eminent domain” coming along and taking it and giving it to some other person who is greeseing the skids of some politician....
It would be nice IF this was actually what the lady was talking about....

Yes, real men need to be in control. It is our nature. Too many women need to learn to honor and respect their husbands, and their manly nature. If they don't, there won't be any men left. Sons will grow up the be wussies, and our country will be lost.

This girl has some serious mental problems - while sexism does exist, she's using it as an excuse. She's not even remotely interested in equality or even the illusion thereof.
Does Wu seriously believe women can't vote or own property? I really doubt that. The problem is that she believes things are so awful for women that she's living in a world equivalent to the eighteenth century. And she's inarticulate and has zero sense of humor to boot. Nobody can tell when she's kidding or serious. Hell, she probably can't. So everything she posts or tweets sounds like the utterance of a cartoon character. And it is.

I swear a lot of women in this country are not raised right to know that men are simply not as empathetic as us women and should know better and explain precisely WHY they are upset otherwise they will continue to be upset and then will never find out WHY.
