Holder and Obama prefers the company of uber race-baiter Al Sharpton. It is this trio of men, along with New York's equally feckless Mayor, Bill de Blasio, who have cultivated the "us against them" mentality
Another seemingly justified police shooting near Ferguson, MO briefly followed a sadly predictable script. In nearby Berkeley, a white police officer, aged 34, fired three shots, killing black American Antonio Martin, aged 18. The officer was responding to a report of stealing at a Mobil on the Run gas station. Martin allegedly pulled a 9mm handgun on the six-year veteran, who stumbled backwards as he fired, striking Martin once. He will carry the weight of this for the rest of his life, certainly for the rest of his career, said St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar, referring to the unidentified officer. There are no winners here.
Unfortunately, there were plenty of losers. Despite the efforts of Mayor Theodore Hoskins, who explained the shooting had been captured on a surveillance camera and a weapon was recovered on the scene, between 200 and 300 protesters gathered there and began fighting with police officers. One of three explosive devices (possible fireworks) tossed near gas pumps sent one officer to the hospital with injuries to his leg, while another sustained facial lacerations as a result of bricks thrown at the officers by the mob. Several police cars were also damaged by rocks protesters brought to the area. Four people were arrested for assault.

Has there been a presser from Dear Leader #2 on the executions of the two NYC officers?
“Martin had a criminal record that included three assault charges, as well as charges for armed robbery, armed criminal action and multiple unlawful uses of a weapon.”
Martin was 18. These are adult charges. If they were juvenile, they would not be publicly available.
Why was this guy on the street?
Facts matter not to these people.
Protesting what? That some young thug got caught committing, not his first, but yet another, armed robbery? When are you protesters going to learn that drawing a gun on a police officer rarely ends happily. Instead of protesting what happened, why not have a rally teaching stupid thugs not to do stupid things.
“The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution.”
There is a you tube video of the shooting from the parking lot camera....
It’s pretty clear this is a justified police shooting....
The perp was a few feet away from the officer when he pulled his gun and pointed at him....
This could have gone the other way very easily...one more dead cop...
These people have no shame...
I would like to hear the 911 call, and see the video of the 'robbery' which brought the cop to the scene in the first place.
Defaced Gun = removed serial numbers
"Five rounds in the chamber, and one round in the magazine" is illogical .
Prior felonies , armed with a 9mm "defaced" handgun,..why was he on the street ?
Well now. Appears they’ve decided to escalate the situation.
This will not end well.
The cops are all obliged to be victims now.
If the perp is black, let him shoot you.
Cuz, you know....”we been unfairly picked on for too long”.....
Good Shoot -— Lump It
Maybe they are "normalizing" crime for black people?
It's part of their culture you see. It all goes along with being black.
this small slice of black population is trying to justify their behavior and in effect stigmatize all blacks.
We need to go back to shooting rioters and looters on sight.
Because members of a certain group need to have at least 50 convictions (for serious crimes) before any judge would consider jail time. Despite this reality, we always hear about how unfair (against said group) the criminal justice system is.
There should also be video of the theft inside the store. Martin, if he was the thief, did not use his gun in the theft because there would have been more police responding to the call.
