I have been on this website for almost 12 years and I have never asked for anything. Now I need a favor...we have a close friend in the Salt Lake City area who needs part time work while going to school. He is a 21 year old strongly conservative in every way most awesome guy! Please...if anyone knows of anyone who might have anything for him I would be indebted to you forever!!!

TOPICS: Business/Economy; Education; Gardening; Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: afternoons; parttime; slcarea
I am a national sales director and if I had accounts in that area I would hire him in a second. If you message me back I will Private message you the information. Thank you so much for considering him! He lives in Murray but he is flexible. Blessings!

Usually colleges help with that. Anyway, not in the area myself. Good luck.

One of the best PT jobs someone in college can have is valet parking at a restaurant or other venue. Some tip quite nicely and there are built in “health club” benefits hustling to park/retrieve cars. A friend who is a school teacher does it on weekends and evenings for special events.

Good luck.

McDonalds is a good place to start, or Walmart. My son did this during school and then worked construction during the summers. Or he could join the National Guard/Army reserve to help him with his tuition.

A lot of the small local businesses are looking for hard workers, but many tend to be LDS owned and hire friends. But it works both ways: Have a local pastor ask around.

does this person have a resume?

If this person wants to work they will find it regardless.

Any bootstrapping is better than none.

I am far, far away from Utah, and I don’t know anyone there, but I have offered prayers for your friend.
