The Washington Post called Jonathan Gruber the "party's most influential health-care expert"
Gun Watch ^ | 15 November, 2014 | Dean Weingarten

Jonathan Gruber, the MIT economist that said that Obamacare had to be made deliberately deceptive, in order to be passed, was considered the most influential expert of the Democrat Party in 2007.   This was no self promotion, but a pronouncement by one of the most influential and prominent of the old media outlets, the Washington Post:

On the other side was an economist from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who has become possibly the party's most influential health-care expert and a voice of realism in its internal debates.
In a precursor to the revelations recently that Gruber aided in the administration's deliberate deception of the American public, the article in the Washington Post goes on to quote him:
"Plans which minimize the disruption to the existing system are more likely to succeed than plans that rip up the existing system and start over," said Gruber, who has consulted with the three leading Democratic campaigns about their health plans. "It doesn't take a genius to see that. That's not to say that plans ripping it up wouldn't be better -- I just think they're political non-starters."
This contradicts the story that the Obama administration and Nancy Pelosi have been pushing, that they did not know Jonathan Gruber, and he did not have much to do with Obamacare.

From "The Most Influential Health Care Expert in 2007, to being paid more than $2 million in the following years, to "we never heard of that guy" now.

My favorite part of this Gruber moron's bragging was that he confirmed that Barak H Obama was the one who taught him about the need to mislead the American people face to face.

For once Obama is busted at the scene of the crime

IMHO, the most important quality a good economist must possess is a keen understanding of the human element. In this case he failed miserably. He failed in understanding himself

Hubris is his undoing.

He confused ignorance with stupidity.

He has been a “Progressive” all his life. In the Washington Post article, he poses as a political guru.

Clearly, English is not your first language?
"Influential" can be just as easily grossly evil as beneficent. This clown is clearly the central figure in what is (so far) the biggest and deadliest Obama "accomplishment."
Definitely "most influential."

"And chief justice Traitor roberts..."

Also stupid and ignorant, per Gruber's definition...
We truly must be in really deep doo-doo.

We need to resurface the audio/video from the same era where Obama is telling a union audience he too wants a single payer system, but it’s not possible to get there in one jump. It must be done in careful steps.
