Mitch and Boner will sputter and pretend to be outraged and declare they will sue Obama (still waiting for that last one) and maybe even hold hearings which won’t do anything, all to fool conservatives into thinking they oppose Obama’s amnesty when they do not.
It is terrible to witness the senate willingly diluting its own constitutionally-granted and MANDATED authority to put the administration in its place, and confront Obama’s lawlessness, by ceding all of it’s constitutionally mandated powers to the judiciary, by means of this ridiculous lawsuit against Obama. This lawsuit cripples the system of checks and balances between the three branches of government guaranteed by the constitution. What kind of elected officials do we have in congress who would resort to such a tactic?
Secondarily it is really a wake-up call to me to note the small number of responses to this thread on FR. Twenty years ago this kind of article would have had hundreds of outraged responses. Today there is no one left to object to the destruction of America. Anyone who might have been motivated to defend our country has either died or been co-opted by the nanny state.
