Public unions are insane; government employees voting for reps that provide their benifits. It used to be and should be a service, to work for USG.

Oftentimes, district school boards approved these illegal contracts unanimously.
We used to call this FRAUD, EXTORTION... just send the State Police and ARREST THEM and Charge them CRIMINALLY, hell at least they could shoot their dogs.
