What is the grand jury doing?

I’ve seen multiple shootings with multiple shooters and multiple bodies, multiple witnesses and they wrap up the deal in a month or two...

This deal was basically two people involved and one gun...

This is starting to reek or manipulation.

This report of what the grand jury is seeing, is just devastating to the narrative that a racist cop shot Michael Brown for no reason.

It would be surprising if an indictment comes out of the grand jury.

If there is no indictment, you know there will be pressures on authorities to appoint a special prosecutor to issue the indictment.

That’s exactly what happened in Trayvon Martin’s case. In that case, law enforcement initially found no evidence on which to indict Zimmerman. It was a special prosecutor in Florida, appointed by the governor, who indicted Zimmerman.

We’ll see if the same happens in Missouri.

Yep, and the man hasn’t had a job since that day.

The liberal narrative is that racist white cops, and racist white Hispanic watchmen, shoot young black men for target practice.

To paraphrase the high pitched liberal Negress congresswoman, forget her name, Trayvon was shot like a dog in the street. That’s the liberal view, that young black men are getting shot for no reason.

He was an unarmed, gentle, child-like lad who had his hands high above his head signing, “I love you” to the bloodthirsty cop.

This is nothing more than a trial balloon to gauge public sentiment.

The Browns’ lawyer was pooh poohing this forensic evidence and stressing ‘eyewitness’ testimony.
I would be curious to know whether the witnesses admitted in their testimony seeing Brown in the patrol car, or whether they forgot to mention it (Oh yeah, that was when M-dawg was stompin’ that pig. Better leave that out, it fuzzy anyway.)

If their testimony can be impeached due to this material omission, the Browns can forget about winning the lottery. Brown had just committed a crime in the store and then assaulted a LEO, also apparently tried to take his gun.
Brown was a thug and he got smoked. End of story.
Like Duncan Thomas’ family, no Megajackpot. But thanks for playing, all of you. Now. Go away.

Eyewitnesses fail to recollect and lie. Forensic evidence done right, scientifically, doesn’t forget and it doesn’t lie.

Judging by the evidence, another Saint who wasn't.

The black community has to choose better cases to hang their "civil right abuses" hat on.

It does that community a great disservice to beatify such flawed individuals. It serves only to dilute the validity of REAL abuses, of which there are many: for blacks, whites, and every other ethnicity.

This knee-jerk tendency of the black community to grasp at straws seriously undermines their causes in the perception of the citizenry at large.

All true.

However, if you spend any time listening to "urban talk radio" it is obvious that some black Americans are Eric Hoffer True Believers who are not about to change their minds over trivial considerations like evidence. They have their mindset, their version of reality, and are prepared to go down in flames with their beliefs, be they ever so destructive, hateful, and fictional. They have an answer for everything.

They’ll wrap it up right after election day.

It's amusing to go to DummyU and hear the inmates defend Brown's cohort in crime, Johnson, as a legitimate witness. Sure, another crook's word is infallible. Wilson reached out his window and tried to choke/pull the huge Brown into his vehicle. Even some other Dummies were puzzled by that insane scenario.

But they were quickly chastised by the other Dummies who know a common, white, racist cop procedure when they hear about it. Cops always try to pull huge people through their vehicle window. That's the normal way of arresting someone. Sure. (snicker)

Remarkably, the Times leaves unwritten the fact that Johnson has already confessed to collaborating with Brown in a strong-arm robbery of a local convenience store only minutes before the shooting that took Brown’s life

Remarkably, unexpectedly, the times presents the facts, but slants them so much, that you have to know what happened, or you would be convicting the officer {which is the whole point of the times presentation}.

A lot of whst I learned in life (about people and causes), I learned from reading Eric Hoffer’s newspaper column as a boy.

It’s sad that he is not better remembered these days. He was a true visionary.

Dorian Johnson has already been established as a convicted liar and is directly responsible for the explosion of violence directly after this.

Just like the friends of Vonderrit Myers with their sandwich story.

The Brown’s lawyer is also the Chief of Police of the nearby Pine Lawn Police Department.

Conflict of interest, eh?

" One round struck Brown in the arm, and the other was wasted."
In a situation like that, too bad a round was "wasted"...ammo is too expensive to be "wasted."

Yes, no use getting out the Obama vote on election day, hold the announcement of no bill to indite until mid November.

Don’t allow Obama to stoke racism fires to get Dems elected. Blacks have no reason to get out and vote for Obama without there hatred of whites.

The Ferguson Lynch Mob has already reached a verdict. There’s no need for further evidence to the contrary.
