The actor documents the St. Louis protests on social media.

Some celebrities simply tweet about what moves them, while others, like “Grey’s Anatomy” star Jesse Williams, get right on the front lines.

Jesse, along with members of the Question Bridge: Black Males video project team, joined protesters from across the country who traveled to St. Louis, Missouri, this weekend for #FergusonOctober, which seeks justice for the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown and victims of police brutality like him.

“We’ll be archiving the thoughts and concerns of the people and recording Black males asking and answering the questions that matter to them,” Jesse said in a Tumblr post on October 8. You can follow Jesse as he documents his time in St. Louis on his Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram accounts....

which seeks justice for the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown and victims of police brutality like him.

I need to call the media out on this one.

It is not an established fact that Michael Brown was a victim of police brutality.

This is a good example of how the media twists and distorts things to fit an agenda. They are reporting as fact that Michael Brown was a victim of police brutality. And they strongly imply that this sort of thing happens all the time.

The facts don’t bear this out, but when have liberals ever let the facts get in the way of their narrative of events and situations????

Can I also point out that the media is very careful not to report things as fact in other situations?

For example, in the beheading of the woman in Oklahoma, the perpetrator was “alleged” to have done the crime. He was charged for “allegedly” killing that woman. Here we have a headless body, but, the media will not say that her head was actually cut off, it was “allegedly” cut off.

But in the Brown case, before any legal proceedings have happened, the media have already convicted this policeman as a murder, and proclaim Brown was a victim of police brutality, when nothing of the sort has been proven or even officially charged in a court of law.

I'm on several discussion boards, and I ALWAYS ask: does the scenario put out by the media and racial activists make SENSE?

Really, Darren Wilson, for no reason whatsoever just found a couple of black men and decided, AGAIN, for no reason whatsoever, to shoot one of them?

And I've about had it up to here with the notion that the call DIDN'T go out to Wilson about the strong-arm robbery at the Quick-Mart.

Don't the police hear EVERYTHING on their radios?

Or is there some secret dispatcher code that only reports crimes to a select group of cops?

And the point is moot about that anyway.

Brown knew he had committed the crime.

So it really doesn't matter if Wilson had heard the dispatcher.

Brown behaved as someone who had committed a felony, and knew he was going to big boy prison.

So he acted accordingly.

He fought the law and the law won.

Even though Michael Brown likely did wrong, and the realities of policing have been ignored, I’ve yet after some looking found definitive evidence on this case. It may be there at this point, but I haven’t, I admit, looked this case over from top to bottom, which I did in the Trayvon Martin case. In that case, I spent many hours at places like Mediaite and Wkipedia out of concern for the media’s willful distortion of the story.

Whatever the case here, though, there is a problem of liberals using their media power to paint police as uniformly bad and racist. I will not, though, uniformly blame black Americans for this. As a Christian that would be wrong, and I’ve known a great many working class black people and know them to be no more or less reasonable as a group than any other group. Most educated white liberals, though, don’t know any black people unless they’re Harvard-educated or the like, and that is where I believe so much of this is coming from. For an example, a liberal feminist professor (Cont’d)

I had in the 90s at a public university, one who taught what someone would expect a liberal would on race, I saw just recently changed her Facebook account so her Friends list is public. She has about 330 Facebook friends, and I could say for certain that only one was black, although a couple others might also have been. There were also a few Hispanics, and a handful of Asians, too, but overall her Friends list was almost entirely white.

Another example, too, is Chris Matthews, who often talks about racism. After one such remark, I researched where he lived and found it was Chevy Chase, Maryland, which is about 95% white and less than 1% African-American. And this is in a state that is 30% African-American!

Liberals seem very desperate, though, to distract attention from their own part in racial segregation. Among lower income and working class Americans, though, like in factory or service work, whites and blacks have essentially “gotten past race.” I work in a city restaurant currently, too, (Cont’d)

and race is absolutely no predictor of which employees or customers will be civil, courteous, and thoughtful, or will reasonably pick up after themselves. On a daily basis I see things like a younger black man holding a door for a white man with a walker, or like one did for me, when I was carrying a garbage bag, getting both of a set of doors for me, and white people doing the same for blacks, that I know judging people based on their race has no place. I also have some close Christian black friends who show Christian grace, such as by extending mercy in their talk to their enemies.

If they spent this much effort in school, trying to get a job, and keeping an eye on their kids, maybe there would be less shootings. Just saying...

"Incredibly, white perceptions of anti-black bias have plummeted to the point where many think anti-white bias is a bigger problem.

A plainly ludicrous sentiment. Blacks in America remain the most impoverished, poorly-educated, imprisoned and discriminated-against section of society. To pretend otherwise is to be seriously deluded."

Piers, you ignorant slut.
