I’m a cop.
A few weeks ago, two of my beat partners and I were called to an apartment in a fairly nice complex to help a mother and father with their 16-year-old son.
The son had no criminal history, and by all accounts was a decent kid. But he was having some problems at home — breaking things and making threats with a knife — and the parents needed our help.
When we finally located the son, who is of mixed ethnicity (dad is white, mom is Hispanic), he instantly began cussing and yelling at us. He took a fighting stance and said he was not going to do anything we told him.
Luckily, we were able to calm him and get him into handcuffs without any blows being thrown.
We asked why he was so hostile towards us. His response? Ferguson. The cops could not be trusted because of what happened in Ferguson, Missouri. He told us that he wanted to kill all white cops because of what “they” had done to Michael Brown....

Really, parents call the cops because their kid is uncooperative? He hasn’t broken any laws, he’s just a brat?
Dear Parents, don’t do this, you are far to likely to end up with a dead kid.
Sorry, but that’s how it seems these days and it’s got nothing to do with Ferguson, a town that has well outlived its 15 minutes of infamy.
I think this is a reach. He treated his parents badly because of Ferguson? Uh, no.
If he;s waving a knife around, he's much more than "just a brat." He's a physical threat to them.
Blacks hate Hispanics so it’s odd that he’d adopt this...but you have to realize that many of the people “protesting” in Ferguson are not from there or anywhere near there, but are outside radical leftist agitators coming in to stir things up. This kid is probably a leftist (btw, most Hispanics count as white because they are of European stock, except for some who are heavily Indian or some who are from the black part of the Caribbean).
There are two groups working Ferguson heavily: radical leftist and Muslims. The latter group was, of course, invited by the Justice department.

SHAME on Gov. Nixon, Senator McCaskill and other politicians who were stirring the pot, too. The grand jury hasn’t even finished their deliberations yet.
Good. Time to cull the herd.
People are going to end up with the kind of government they deserve.

That is so sad, and so unfair. The Ferguson officer defended himself when a thug beat him after robbing a store. The thug had a criminal record. Jackson-Sharpton deserve to be in jail for incitement. Decent folks in that town - if they exist - need to move away. Many have.

It sure seems like it. However, there are enough cops and LE organizations playing into the race baiters hands to make this all inevitable.
