There are not many real guardians of our Constitutional Republic left. Perhaps it is because the Constitutional Republic exists only in written documents that many elected officials disregard, loophole, and violate every day while the populace is lulled into a false sense of reality by the mainstream media, the main perpetrator of public deception.

The conservative dream team; Ted Cruz for President, Allen West for VP. That ticket would straighten this nation out in a heartbeat.
Yes Cruz/West would be a good ticket.
Said it before, Romney should have chosen Allen West for his VP candidate. Win or Lose, he would get the right attention.
I think either as VP is a waste. Cruz is a lawyer, he needs to be leading a legislative body. West is a very confident leader and his skills need to be used as an executive.
I can listen to West talk for days.. so smooth, informed and charismatic. Sarah Chief of Staff, Bret Baer Spokesman, Gowdy AG, Ollie North SecDef.
VP is benchwarmer for POTUS, maybe Mike Pence/West?
I’d be happier with Cruz for POTUS, he knows exactly how to rip off the ‘facial’ the left has applied to America’s face over the last 40 years, and he’s chomping at the bit to start it.

That is certainly one of many possibilities. The GOPe insists there are no conservatives to run, yet here we are with many good suggestions. It is really up to us not to be obstinate and sabotage our own candidates.
