Yep now this is getting more interesting, the store the schmuck robbed was one of the businesses that burned to the ground..gee, coincidence, I think NOT..the family’s attorney is doing his usual tap dancing on TV right now..not hearing him deny it was Michael Brown on tape, just how he is being smeared, funny how they don’t mind smearing the officer, nah thats OK

Regarding the issue of Darren Wilson not knowing that Michael Brown had just robbed the store: So this shows that Wilson knew nothing about the robbery and Brown did because he committed the robbery. Was Brown agitated? Do you know how many cops have died when they pull over a car at a traffic stop and the persons inside the car have just committed a crime but the cop doesn’t know that they committed a crime? The assailants/robbers think that the cop making a traffic stop knows.

Excellent post.

So the ambulance chaser is essentially ADMITTING that Brown did indeed rob the store..but but, for days I was told that he was just on his way to visit his grammy

There were at least two other witnesses, besides Mini-Me, who have stated that his hands were in the air. But you're right - I don't know that he had his hands in the air. I'm simply saying that, if he did (as the eyewitnesses report), then it was a bad shoot, regardless of all of Brown's previous thuggish behavior is irrelevant.

Apart from the robbery, the idea that he tried to get the cop’s gun from him while beating him means he was highly dangerous if at large. Plus, the key person who claims that his hands were in the air has been discredited, as the article states. That person had plenty of opportunity to network and coach others near the scene, friends, as to what to say.

This article is so full of bad information it’s pathetic.

Didn’t get the officer’s name correct. The store that was robbed was not looted and burned. The officer’s initial contact with Brown was not related to the robbery.

Good grief.

How do you know “his hannds were in the air” before he was shot? Right now it looks like this is one of the main facts in issue.

Taking stuff from da man makes them feel better. It doesn’t matter what it is, it’s theirs now and not whitey’s. Besides, hub caps are shiny! Thread them onto a gold chain and you’ve got yourself some nice bling.

The back page of the Times is usually an ad or a buried small story.

This evidence from the police is good news for them.

My only question is, if the suspect fled from the cop and then put up his arms in surrender, what law would protect the cop from charges for shooting and killing him in the back at that point?

Good to admit when on is wrong so maybe there are more than just one ... Seeing three so was wrong about having seen only one and being wrong is good in this instance.

That is, you don’t let a person who has just tried to kill a cop get away, in hopes of safe capture later. Capish?

Hmmm, possibly.

I’m not sure how much PCP is still used these days, but I do know that almost every black that smokes pot smokes it in a cigar wrapper, and blacks generally do not actually smoke cigars themselves, I assume because cigars are not menthol.

I do think the cigar acquisition is another case of tea and skittles though.

Ingredients for a more nefarious purpose.

I did see something about “that’s why they want another autopsy” but I haven’t seen any info about an initial one.

I haven't either. But I'm guessing the autopsy proved Brown wasn't shot in the back and was probably high on who knows what. And that's why Crump and Sharpton want another one. One that collaborates their made-up story.

“Well, the curious bit now is that the store he robbed was the store burned down. How convenient...”

Ferguson’s Market was robbed. Photos showed it boarded up so it may have been looted.

Quick-Trip up the street was burned looted and burned down.

Be nice to get the other’s on a polygraph about the uplifted hands just to see how they would test.

We are not clowns, law enforcement can be very corrupt; only by keeping our eyes open and vigilant, can we root corruption out. I used to think the way you do but I have learned otherwise. So do not be deceived; corruption starts at the local level and moves up the political food chain.
