Look at the rest of Detroit in bankruptcy, bondholders (the ones owed money) are the ones getting whacked along with taxpayers in the “Grand Bargain” they came up with.
If I remember correctly bondholders did have first dibs till Obama came along. The law perished that day. It set the template for all the lawlessness that has followed, just do it, no one will stand up to us, that is their motto.
