Did Burger King imagine this would all be win/win and that there'd be no backlash from those opposed to that lifestyle being shoved in their faces 24/7? Are they truly that stupid? I actually like Burger King in many ways versus McDonald's, Wendy's and Subway, especially at that price point, but no more.

One word: Boycott. Let’s adopt the same tactic that gays do. boycott.

A Burger King PR rep will tell you it's a show of Burger King's solidarity with and love towards the LGBTQIA community. The rest of the alphabet is suing for discrimination.

So what Burger King is saying is that “openly gay” homosexuals are different because they’re wrapped in a different wrapper than normal people?

we need to take back control of language and stop using their euphemisms.
these perverts are “queer” not “gay”.
with that being said, i agree totally with you. don’t buy anything from burger king.

If they’re openly gay, I’d assume they have no wrapper.

What?! Might as well have said ‘the gay struggle against ISIS in Iraq!”

You would think that Gay people - if they were authentic (just like the rest of us) would find this marketing crap offensive. However they are not just like the rest of us. They are happy to be used to make money if it means it promotes their agenda. I find that pathetic and crass!

Yeah, you got that right..avoid the business.
I get pretty worked up when someone shoves Shiite in my face and tries to tell me it’s strawberries.
I have had way too much of it shoved in my face.

It’s foolish of them to follow an advertising scheme that worked so well for JC Penny. Their price point is getting to the point that it compares unfavorably to a good meal at a walk in restaurant anyway. I think that this is a good time to no longer support Burger King.
