We are not talking about free meals, free steaks, etc. Or a free bottle of gin.Cracker Barrel margins (~4.4%) are lower than Walmart margins. Except unlike Walmart, they have fewer units over which they can defray their expenses. Attracting hoboes into an eating establishment does have the unfortunate effect of turning off paying customers.

It’s not his stuff to give away. He didn’t pay for it and the company did pay for it.
Kinda’ reminds me of ‘well they are only crossing our borders because they are poor and hungry and seeking to better their lives’. Where does it all end?
