The writer seems to miss the fact that there is really no such thing as ‘The Tea Party’, so the stated circumstances behind its ‘founding’ are equally imaginary.
That stated, I’m a fervent supporter of Tea Party values and principles as we know them, and not as mischaracterized and smeared by libs, progressives, Dems and dimwits who believe every pejorative hurled by the alphabet networks and other ‘mainstream’ media outlets.
TEA Party is more a meme than a formal organization.
