I make it my business to NEVER get behind someone who looks (YES, I PROFILE) like an EBT case. Every time they buy something, it becomes a financial transaction far more complex than a leveraged buyout. It’s bad enough that they steal your money, then they steal your time too.

The hidden and unknown costs of this lifestyle are the multiple medical workups, hospitalizations, and ER visits that are the consequence of the junk food-sugar/smoking/drug immersion. Most of these people are obese, smoke, drug in various ways, have Type II diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, strokes, depression, chaotic interpersonal relationships, poor parenting skills and are at a higher risk of auto accidents - and more hospitalizations. But hey, don't worry, Obamacare is free!

The country needs a major reset. . The republican party will no longer help. They are all part of the Washington DC power party, to quote Rush. It's going to be up to We the People. Third Party time? Article V? Local grass roots politics and work our way up?

Regarding the lady's 20 2 liter bottles of Mountain Dew:

There are 46 grams of High Fructose Corn Syrup in a regular can of Mountain Dew.

These are the Nutritional Facts for a can of Mt Dew. Notice the number of grams of sugar. If you would like to know how many teaspoons this equates to take the number and divide it by 4. ( 46 / 4 = 11.5 teaspoons of sugar.) But keep in mind that this is not sugar - it is HFCS and that is almost twice the fructose of sugar.

So, get a glass of water and put 11.5 teaspoons of sugar in it. Mix thoroughly. Would you drink it?

Yeah, I know, Big Gulp and all. This isn't about freedom, it's about nutritional education and and prevention. Pick your poison. .

That old system was good because it was embarrassing and nothing but the bare necessities. No needy person went hungry and there was little incentive to cheat. Nobody but the needy would bother to show up. And plenty incentive to move on up to something better. Now there is the needy should not be deprived of any of life’s luxuries or niceties. N need to work.

I recall that as well....back then people had shame.
Now these welfare rats eat better than the people who pay taxes to support the demo-slaves.
