The lawsuit said the Arizona Legislature acted in a discriminatory fashion when it revamped identity-theft laws to include workers who use fake or stolen IDs to get jobs..Am I reading this right ?? And they want it to be illegal to have document fraud laws ?

“The advocates aren’t seeking money and instead are asking a federal judge to conclude that a state law banning employers from hiring immigrants living in the U.S. illegally is discriminatory and conflicts with federal law. “

Discriminating against criminals, can’t have that.

what right do illegals have to be here? no rights.

ifwe tried the same crap in mexico we wouldn’t get away wth it. we’d be arrested for being in mexico illegally. just like they do to central americans who cross mexico’s southern border.

Yeah, another silly frivolous lawsuit that should go nowhere. Left-BOT judges can’t stop the Sheriff from enforcing law.

My daughter used to ride her bike on a dangerous road, gravel thrown in her eyes by trucks, to a job at the Taco Bell in Lockeford, CA (southern San Joaquin County, a mile from the Mokelumne river).

The manager’s brother, an undocumented worker (as I’m comfortable calling him), was working 80 hours a week using 3 phony Social Security numbers, while my daughter couldn’t even get 20 hours per week.

Pretty soon taxpayers and law-abiding U.S. citizens aren’t going to bother filing tax returns or comply with federal laws either. All of this is about dismantling the civil order, as Mark Levin eloquently stated in his monologue yesterday.

It is so obvious these people want no borders at all. It’ll have to be that way to get to one world government.

It should be the primary job of the border patrol to raid businesses, arrest illegals, and fine employers the maximum for a 1st offense and put employers in prison for a second offense!

Go get them Arpaio!!!

PHOENIX — Immigrant-rights advocates filed a lawsuit Wednesday challenging business raids by an Arizona sheriff's office that have led to the arrests of hundreds of immigrant workers on charges of using fake or stolen IDs to get jobs.

Isn't this kind of like rats lobbying against rat poison?

The advocates aren't seeking money and instead are asking a federal judge to conclude that a state law banning employers from hiring immigrants living in the U.S. illegally is discriminatory and conflicts with federal law. They are seeking a court order prohibiting Arpaio from enforcing that law.

I can't tell if this is satire or not. It's so crazy that it should be, but everything about illegal immigration IS crazy.

Upside-down world.

In NormalWorld, We the People wouldn’t even have to be dealing with this cr@pola, but, we could at lease file a Citizens’ Rights suit against invaders taking our jobs.

That is totally crazy. Tell the fed judges to go pound sand, and as far as these “advocates” are concerned, arrest them and charge them with aiding and abetting illegals and human trafficking, along with any fed judge who sides with then.

This whole thing with the feds is getting totally out of hand. One thing that people need to remember is that the federal government needs the states more than the states need the federal government. If washington DC were to disappear tomorrow, virtually nobody would miss it.
