Taxpayers need deep pockets in a country run by lunatics:
A transgender city employee slapped the Parks Department with a discrimination lawsuit after the man [sic] — who was born a woman — was forced to use the women’s locker room or be barred from a Staten Island public pool, according to [her] complaint.
Brace yourself for a tale of transphobic oppression:
Bryan John Ellicott, who works at the city’s Office of Emergency Management, went to the Lyons Pool in Tompkinsville last July.
The 24-year-old, who started hormone therapy in 2012 and is identified as male on [her] driver’s license, changed into swim trunks and a black t-shirt in the men’s locker room.
When Ellicott, who still has female physiology including breasts, returned to the changing area to swap out a shirt [she] was confronted by a Parks employee.
Evidently some narrow-minded bigot had complained about a woman loitering in the men’s locker room, even though it clearly states that she is a man on her driver’s license.
Ellicott said [she] was given a choice—go to the women’s locker room or get out.
[She] is seeking unspecified money damages.
Most likely she will settle out of court for enough taxpayer money to buy her own swimming pool, where she can pretend to be whatever sex she wants and no longer have to worry about oppression by transphobes.
Our culture has reduced itself to a cross between a tasteless comedy and a freak show.

I have started noticing three public restrooms lately - one for women, one for men and one for “family”. Maybe they could just add one more and call it “Other”. Lots of department stores seem to be going to just one which will accommodate only one person at a time with a lock on the door. Just so many choices. /s/
Yeah, but “forcing” a trans to use the WTFYTYAT locker room instead of the one “it” “identifies as” would be discriminatory!

I’m not posting it “live”. It’s not dirty or disgusting - just kinda funny. Just didn’t want it showing up in my pinglist.

People please! It is a public restroom. Children go in there. Just because you are unhappy with your genitals doesn’t mean you have to terrorize the little ones.
