There's even a "disclaimer/apology" for this "sexist" article at the beginning!!

The definition of a wedding ring is?

A viscious circle.

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

I don't understand why “feminists” are on the forefront of destroying marriage and promoting gay sex. Women tend to be beneficiaries of marriage. The “patriarchy” fantasy was designed by the leftists to get the intelligentsia to hate moral behavior.

When a woman breaks up or gets a divorce, she calls all her female friends and they commiserate together and talk all about. They are very detail-oriented when it comes to discussing relationships.

Guys? Well, as Bill Engvall put it.....

I was at the gym the other day working out with my buddy. My buddy Joey. And he goes “hey, man, I’m getting a divorce.” I said “Wow, that sucks. Can you spot me?”

That was our whole conversation! So then I go home to my wife, and I say “Hey, Joey is getting a divorce.”

She goes “Oh, my God! What happened?”

“I dunno.”

“What do you mean you don’t know? Is she cheating on him, is he cheating on her?” “

Again, I’m not holding anything back here, I don’t know!”

She goes “Bill, someone tells you they’re getting a divorce and you don’t ask any questions?”

And I go “Well, that’s because he didn’t ask me a question! He didn’t say ‘hey Bill, what do you think about me getting a divorce?’, he said, ‘I’m getting a divorce’, which said to me, ‘I require no further input on your part.’”

If he had said ‘What do you think about me getting a divorce?’, I’d have said, ‘Well, you’re gonna be dating again, so you should work on your abs’.

When my daughter was 4 years old she said “Daddy, will you play with my dinosaurs with me?”

“Sure! Sounds like fun. How about the dinosaurs have a war?” I suggested.

“No Daddy, the dinosaurs are going to have a wedding!”

I swear, weddings are hardwired in the female DNA.

Kind of interesting that the author focuses on the specific case of the man leaving the wife, despite the fact that the majority of divorces are initiated by the wife.

Also, she mentions the fact that the man’s primary focus is for his wife to be happy, and men have a need to have their wives admire and respect them. She even admits that women often belittle men over this need. But then, when she gets to discussing why men (whose wives have belittled their desire to be admired and respected) leave their wives, she simply says that “he was not playing the same game all along”, seeming to imply that the husband is at fault because his view of what the relationship should be is not the same as hers.

SHOCKER!!

Really, a shocker ... please.

It all begins with this simple premise.

Women give sex to get love, men give love to get sex. It actually works well.

Lefty’s are always gobsmacked at any differences between the sexes.
That’s why they don’t have a problem with them marrying one another.

True.

Women enter marriage thinking their man will change but they never do.

Men enter marriage thinking their women will never change but they always do.

Nowadays, 12-year-old girls are more likely to be Facebooking with their friends about the newest twerking trends, what kind of birth control the school is handing out, and whether their new jock matches their eyes.

They’ve forgotten entirely what it means to be “girls.”

I clicked on the article and stopped reading when I saw the headline, “schlepping towards heartbreak”

Schlepping isn’t a positive word. They lost me at that.

"... sexist...stereotypical... (and) tells the story of a lot of couples out there."

Doesn't that ring a bell! There's a reason stereotypes become stereotypes: because they are generally true. And there's a reason for "sexist" stereotypes: because the sexes are generally different along predictable lines.

Wouldn't people be happier, kinder, fairer, more understanding, if we taught this? (Or at least allowed to discussion?)
