The ANC government has received a request from the U.S. was rejected to be part of a U.S. disaster management plan which South Africa $ 10 billion a year (about R100 billion) for ten years would receive. Exactly although I think there be some plan in a molding folder about what to do it Yellowstone blows. Yellowstone would make dealing with the aftermath of Katrina and Sandy seem like a paper cut.

And in any case, we should be looking more closely at moving all congresscritters and their families to Yellowstone in hope of the upcoming great eruption.
They deserve it.

During the last five months, station NRWY GPS has recorded about 3.5 inches of lift (the land is rising) and about 1 cm (0.4 in) of movement toward the southeast.
Measurements from other stations in northern Yellowstone show smaller movements forming a circular pattern of deformation of the park floor.
Not only has there been a sudden rise in elevation and the development of new cracks, but Yellowstone has suddenly started issuing huge amounts of helium-4, a very rare form of helium.
It’s the presence of this gas that interests scientists.
What surprised scientists is that Helium-4 appears to be the strongest predictor of activity, as demonstrated with other volcanoes.
For example, at the volcanic island of El Hierro , the smallest of the Canary Islands of Spain, which rumbled and shook during seven months in 2011 and 2012, the gas silently filtered through the soil and groundwater on the island.
Eventually, a new underwater volcano erupted off the south coast of the island.
When the eruption started, gas flow at the surface increased dramatically.
The latest reports show that the emission rates of crustal helium- 4 from Yellowstone exceed (by orders of magnitude) any conceivable generation within the crust.
“This means that the helium -4 comes from very far under the ground, a clear sign that something big is happening what did not happen to Yellowstone in our lives.
On top of that, just last week a strong earthquake struck just a few miles from Yellowstone demonstrating that the flow of hot magma is moving.
If true, another excuse to funnel money out of the treasury into the hands of corrupt 3rd world hands.
We all know such housing would never be built in the event of a disaster.
This is just another planned expenditure to put us closer to dollar crash.
99.9999% of natural helium is helium-4. It's "rare" only in the sense that helium is rare.
So if it was helium-3 we should worry?

I just heard of this plan recently. If there is truly a plan to move millions of Americans out in case Yellowstone blows, wouldn’t all of the preparations (housing, food, etc.) need to be in place well in advance of the eruption? And wouldn’t people need to be identified and moved well in advance of the eruption? And, what if it doesn’t erupt?
I’m sure the Mexicans would welcome 30-40 million Americans with open arms across an open border.
If it is Helium-2 we need to be very worried. But note that Helium-2 is the active ingredient in the proton pills that gives Roger Ramjet all his strength. (Only two protons with none of the fattening neutrons makes the energy available immediately.)
