Went to Prague when it was still run by the Russians...er, Communists.
I was a teenager and I asked my parents if they wouldn’t mind me staying a bit, even though the Communist lifestyle there was everything bad that I’d ever heard.
Because the women were beautiful beyond belief. Made the Germans look like trogs.
They were even beautiful in the shabby clothing you could get from the Communist “stores” which had nothing....except sack cloths that looked like concentration camp uniforms.
That’s one of the greatest things about the fall of the wall and the pull back of the Soviet Union. The Czechs became free again, and the drab gray of Communism became the color you see here.

Sad about Kim indeed. I lived in SoCal for 10 years, heard a lot about plastic surgery. Apparently, the best work is done in small increments -- lift a little of this this year, tuck a little of that next year, and so on. And now, "fill" a little of this, then a little of that.
Perhaps Kim let it go too long, then had it all hauled up in one "swell foop." As they say.
Actually, even “those,” might have been lifted. Or who knows, broken knees might have resulted.

I completely agree with that. One time in 1991 I was at the entrance at Hradceny, lined up along the road to see the entourage including President Havel and Italian President Cossiga depart the grounds... the gathering of young Czech women I saw there made for of the most beautiful I'd ever seen. Northern Italy was the same way.
