Unfortunately it does seem like he won the ACA. I mean it would be nice to think that the Republicans are going to get rid of it next year, but with Obama having VETO power, I doubt that will happen. 2016 is unknown at this point so who knows. Evil always win...maybe not in the end, but it seems to be lately.

Obama did win. I firmly believe that if you handed power to the GOP as it’s currently constituted, they’d keep obamacare, as long as they could avoid blame.
And even in the unlikely event the GOPe wins the presidency and both houses of congress in 2016, the law and its bureaucracy will be so firmly established come 2017 that it will be the only game in town and will only be fixed into single payor, not repealed. No one on this site really expects the GOPe to grow a pair, do they?
even if Obama has veto power, I think strong anti-democrat showing is going to convince more than a couple of democrats to join in and override it
