I would offer that the average Briton has no say as to whom enters "England's Green and Pleasant Land". This is no more than the good citizen of the United States has to say about the Somali,or the other "refugees" from some hell hole in the Middle East. Having been given status, some of them often then tell Americans what they should or should not do

It is out of our hands, both for citizens of America, Canada and the UK.
